Adventures In Sewing, Creating and Going Crazy

(First let's all happy dance because those cute scissor buttons I made are working!  This is my first attempt at blogging and if you came here and some things aren't working for you, please let me know. It might take me several hours to fix it, even if it's super easy.... BUT- I will!)

 I just found my first sewing club membership card and it tells me I've been sewing since 2007! I started My sewing adventure with quilting, then moved on to upholstery and have embarked on making garments. The good news? My kids are too small to realize I'm dressing them in handmade clothes (perhaps not of the finest quality...?) The bad news? They're totally wearing handmade clothes (perhaps not of the finest quality...) It's a wild ride raising kids and being the 'go to' parent around the clock and sewing is absolutely helping me clutch at some semblance of sanity.
